We are delighted that Susan Crawford has designed a gorgeous lace cardigan using Scrumptious Chunky in the latest issue of The Knitter magazine.

The design was inspired by the actress Dulcie Gray, and features a simple lace pattern with ribbed edgings and a folded facing on the front bands. Perfect for snuggling into over the winter months!

As the design uses Scrumptious Chunky it will knit up really quickly and have you warm in no time! The pattern is sized from 32 to 50 inch bust, and has 6.5in of positive ease, for a slouchy fit.
The issue goes on sale in the shops on 1st November (that's today!), so go and seek out a copy. Thanks once again to Susan for a fabulous design.
Watch this space for more designs in Scrumptious yarns, as A Stitch in Time 2 will be landing on doormats shortly, and features 10 designs in my yarns!! We can't wait.
iLove this cardigan but wonder whether it caters for small sizes as i am size 8 and only 5ft Do you know?? I hope so love the wool Heather

Hi Heather,
The pattern goes from a UK size 8 to 26, and Charlie who is modelling it in the pictures is only 5ft2. So I think you'll be absolutely fine. If you want to make it a little shorter, of course, you can. The pockets are placed in the side seam, so you can place them as high or low as you wish.

Hi...I tried to find this mag today which issue is it please? Issue 38 is in the shops but has no mention on the front of this cardi.
