I've just recently started going to the gym three times a week, cutting out wheat as much as I can and piling veg into my face. There's no change in shape or size yet, but I feel so much healthier. Keep going. :)

All power to you Jeni! I love my swimming and Pilates ad all the fruits and veggies, I feel so much better with only the occasional bread and chocolate.... I hope it works for you. xx
